  2. Payment Method: By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method, and you authorize us to charge that payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges).

  3. Subscription Billing: If you have selected a subscription plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly), in accordance with your subscription selection. You acknowledge that the subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

b. Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility: We offer a 24 hour money-back guarantee (the “Refund Period”) on the Course, beginning from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund by contacting us in writing at Info@HavenCapitalSolutions.com within the Refund Period.

  2. Subscription Refunds: For any subscription-based purchases, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise required by law, we do not prorate or refund any unused portion of a subscription term. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  3. Exclusions: Refunds do not apply to partial or completed use of the Course beyond the Refund Period. If a refund request is made after the Refund Period has expired, or if you have failed to comply with any of the Terms, we may decline your refund request.

  4. Processing of Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund.

  5. Modifications to Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any refund policies at our discretion. Any changes will not affect your rights if the purchase was made prior to the date of the change.
